Saint Vincent it's the name of a city, you don't have to translate it. Nobody in Italy would say "San Vincenzo".
The capital of a region is called "il capoluogo", not "la capitale".
"Le persone parlano" is correct
"One valley鈥檚 name" means "il nome di una valle".
"Qualche valle si chiama Dora Baltea" means "some valleys are called Dora Baltea". It doesnt make sense cause it seems that several valleys have the same name.
In Italian you don't use the article in front of the name of the cities: we say "Donnas e Courmayer", not "il Donnas e il Courmayer"
